I'm Tessa, a coffee loving, fitness obsessed, British midwife living in Australia. I am a mamma to two amazing girls and married a gorgeous Aussie who keeps me grounded.
With over 18 years experience in midwifery and sleep consulting I've spent my entire career dedicated to families in their transition to parenthood. Parents just like you emerge from our consultation CONFIDENT and THRIVING.

I created Enhance Sleep after emerging, nearly broken, from prolonged sleep deprivation. My premature, sick, refluxing baby just wouldn't sleep no matter what I tried. My marriage and mental health was hanging on by a thread. These challenges pushed me to not only find a solution to my own sleep issues but also become a certified sleep consultant. Now, I am lucky enough to transform the sleep (and lives) of hundreds of families each year from around the globe.
